"CLASSIC"  Yard Sign with Stand

Since 1983, the "CLASSIC" is our most popular Real Estate yard sign. This sturdy sign is often used as construction site signs or directional signs, in addition to it's use as a real estate sign. We mount a Non-Rusting, white .024 aluminum panel on a black "Powder Coated" 1/2" steel round rod frame. The powder coating makes our frames truly rust resistant - they last longer and look better than dip painted frames. Printed with our bright UV inks for sunlight fade resistance. All this keeps your name looking great for year after year, and SAVES YOU MONEY!. 

Item YS-C is available in 5 standard sizes.

"CORRUGATED  PLASTIC"  Yard Sign Panel (Stand optional)

Corrugated Plastic is our "low cost" Real Estate yard sign. Made from 4mm corrugated polypropylene, this recyclable material has a useful outdoor life of approximately 2 years*. Ideal as directional signs, job site signs, real estate signs, golf sponsor signs or special event signs!

Printed one or two sided, the flutes in the material make it easy to insert our optional "Twist" or "H" stands.

Item CP is available in 4 standard sizes, special sizes and quantities are available by quote - please call or e-mail with your specifications.

"CORRUGATED  PLASTIC"  Sign Stands

Corrugated Plastic is our "low cost" Real Estate yard sign. Twist stands and H stands are how they are displayed. Made from 9 gauge galvanized steel, both of these stands are rust resistant and sturdy.



Twist-stands are made from 2 wires, bent for insertion into the sign, then twisted for strength and then bent again for insertion into the ground. The twisting adds strength for windy conditions. We've sold hundreds of thousands of these low cost stands since introducing them in early 2003.






H-stands are the "old stand by" of corrugated plastic sign stands. They insert into the sign and then into the ground. These cost effective stands serve well when budget is the issue.

Non Rusting sign panels from either .024 (DS-924a) or .032 (DS-924b) aluminum mounted on our black Powder Coated 3/4" angle steel frame, these real estate directional signs keep the traffic moving in your direction.

Two sided with reversing arrows on each side. Your choice of color schemes from our standard colors on white aluminum.

Specifications:

 Film Charge -- for standard line art is $35.00 per color from your provided artwork.

Artwork / Designing -- If no art is provided, please see our standard designs. If special artwork is needed, it is charged at $45.00 minimum with a $45.00 per hour charge for each additional
hour. Most creative sketches can be completed within the first hour.  Half tones and photos are additional.

Photos -- Send a glossy black and white photo, preferably 8 X 10 inches, minimum size 5 X 7 inches. Monochrome photos should always be printed in
black and white. A blue, red or green facial image is not appealing. Therefore, photos can cause an additional color charge. Call for quote on film cost.

Colors -- All signs are available in standard colors unless color match is specified.
Color Match -- Add $55.00 for each color match such as Pantone or other systems. All color matches are approximate, and cannot be guaranteed exact.

Production Method -- Screen printing.
Minimum Quantity -- Aluminum - 5 signs. Corrugated Plastic - 10 signs. Less than minimums not available.
Packaging -- Bulk on skid unless specified.

** Please note - There is a standard 1/2" minimum white border edge around all printed signs unless otherwise specified.

*Corrugated Plastic outdoor life depends on sun/shade as plastic has a more limited outdoor life than metals.
                                             CUSTOM SIZES AND QUANTITIES ARE AVAILABLE ON REQUEST.
